1st webby: issues with registrations - how to fix it ?
hey everyone, got lucky ... someone tagged me, this group was lost in the noise but it's perfect timing ! I'm runnign my first webinar Sept 16th : how to build ai agents focused on real estate niche. My problem is that i set it up on linkedin and i didn't realize that means it doesnt ask for an email before they can sign up to register. So people are "attending" but they haven't signed up to my actual webinar page. Linkedin Has the actual webinar sign up link on the event itself but i wanted to make it a closed webinar where you have to sign up before gettign access. How do you recommend fixing it or is it too late? On the day of event i have no way to email anyone, linkeidn just sends a notifcation reminder in app....HOW DO I FIX IT?? any help would be appreciated!! 🙏

@Kat Kat Yeah, that's sounds about right. People on LinkedIn seem to really not want to leave the platform.

@Kat Kat I'd do it every week at least. LinkedIn does like to push events, and you're allowed to invite up to 1000 of your first level connections every week, so you can cycle through your invites.
Anyone else sensing a change online?
It's the weirdest thing: I was going through all my skool groups and many just seemed... empty. The same with a lot of the facebook groups that I've been a part of for a while. It feels like there's just less engagement online than there used to be. Maybe its a platform thing? Has everyone moved over to tiktok? Or where? I don't know, it just feels like things are less active than they were even a year ago - even with all of the new AI bots posting everywhere.

@James Edison There is a lot of AI now, but once you've seen enough of it you can pick it out pretty easily. The thing is, most people are NOT using it at all, and don't know that they're talking to AI, so I don't know if that's it.
WHAT TO USE WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE AN OFFER STACK
Hi, I'm going to give a Perfect Webinar in two weeks and my offer is a book, an eBook. I don't have anything else that goes with it so I can't imagine what to add for the offer stack. What people do in this case? Is there any alternative strategy? Thanks in advance!

You could add some stuff like @Serge Glowiczower mentions. I remember when "Instagram Secrets" came out, and most of his bonuses and upsells were little 5 minute videos talking about something ancillary to the subject. You don't have to go big, just add something that sounds like the natural "I really could use this too with it" things.
Are you focused on the past, present, or future?
Just a fun thought I was having: Too many times we get caught up in worrying (thinking about the past), dreaming (thinking about the future), or fretting (worrying about the near future or recent past, which some call the present). If you had to be stuck in your head (I know, I know, nobody wants to admit that they do sometimes), which would you rather be living in: The past, present, or future?

@Serge Glowiczower I love that answer! It reminds me of Wallace Wattles book "The Science of Getting Rich," where he basically says "think of your goal, then live it every moment."

@Angela Chandler-Norward Interesting angle. How can the past help guide us? I mean, we take the lessons from the past, I get that. Did you mean something else?
Where are you starting your next offer first?
I don't mean which platform are you going to sell it on. Rather, what is the first decision you make when you decide on making a new offer? I tend to stumble into my new offers: whenever a community member, client, or acquaintance of mine has an issue my first thought is "how could I solve that and get paid?" It then tends to snowball from there. How about you?

@Michel Guntern Nice! I go with the lazy man's way to wealth: Find an audience, figure out what they want, then get them to the mountain top.
