Hey everyone, I'm Aman, 17, based in India. I'm about to launch my first ever AI agency and honestly I'm hitting some confusion that I need advice on. So here's my background: I've been doing web development for a while now. Built websites for clients, got testimonials, closed deals. That part I'm comfortable with because people come to me or I show my portfolio and it sells itself. But now I want to actually launch a proper AI agency and do outreach to land clients proactively. That's where I'm stuck. The thing is I don't know who to outreach to or how to approach it. With web dev it was easy because I could just show examples and people either needed it or they didn't. But with an AI agency offering automation services I'm not sure how to position myself or what niche to target. My main questions are: Who should I be reaching out to? Local businesses? Other agencies? Ecom brands? How do I start the conversation without sounding like every other person DMing them about AI? Do I lead with free value or go straight to paid services? Should I niche down or stay broad at first? I'm also worried about my age and experience level. I know AI automation works and I understand the tech side, but I'm not super experienced in actually running an agency or doing consistent outreach. Does anyone here have tips or strategies that worked when you were starting out? I really want to make this work but I need some direction from people who've been through this
