Hey everyone, my name is Brandon Burrer. I recently joined WestMar Commercial Real Estate, working throughout Temecula, Murrieta, Southwest Riverside County, and Southern California. My focus is commercial sales, leasing, investment properties, and development opportunities. I’m especially interested in connecting with investors, developers, lenders, contractors, business owners, and other brokers/agents who are actively doing deals in California. I’m currently working on opportunities ranging from tenant representation and investment properties to a ground-up hotel development site in Old Town Temecula, so I’m hoping to build relationships with people on both the acquisition and development side.
