Whats up pals, My name is Bre Sibole, I have been lifting for about 8 years now but competing for only a little over a year. I started off competing in Crossfit (hence why my shoulders and back look the way they do and have man strength). I am from Fort Lauderdale, FL and compete in Bikini. Currently working on becoming a Certified coach but I also am a full time Police Officer and own a high protein baking business @grabembythegoods. I love sports, the beach and clearly the gym. I am huge in my church community and a follower of Christ. I am very passionate about serving others, teaching people and allowing women and men to see their true potential in and out of the gym.
