I have been following Dan on Instagram for a couple of years now and when i found out he was starting this community I was stoked! The way he teaches about the nervous system is simple yet complex and he puts everything into simple terms for everyone to understand the concepts more easily. His knowledge and wisdom of the breath is remarkable and he’s a pretty cool guy to boot! If you want to better yourself mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually then you should join us! 🤙🏼🪶
