The one thing that actually moved the needle in my community wasn't content, ads, or the price. It was making people write down one customer. I ran a weekend build challenge that was 2 days where they show the build and can win a prize. One person out of the whole room finished it. What he built was an ICP agent, so he locked in exactly who he sells to, with a real problem in a real situation, and by Monday he was working a lead off Threads that fit it. Everybody else in the room "sells to business owners" or "helps people with AI." The one phrase that always stuck with me was, "When you're talking to everybody, you're talking to no one". If you've been stuck, try this before you touch anything else. Look at the two or three people who actually got results from you and write down what situation they walked in with, because that's your customer. Build for that one person and the rest of them feel like you wrote it for them. Happy to share the exact questions we use to lock it in if anyone wants them.
