After sitting on the sidelines for a year, focused on the growth of this consultancy, I have been patiently learning and weighing my options for expansion. With that said, I am fully convicted on supported living services. And this is compared to really any business model i could conceive of in the world. I just submitted my completed application to my state’s Vendorization Agency. California Regional centers by law have 45 days to approve a program design submission. I am my agency’s appointed executive director. This may change, but I feel that I need to know this business inside out and sideways at the beginning. And i have the resume for it. California has decent rates. I personally want to start in my back yard. There’s definitely other states i’d like to expand to, but this feels like the perfect next step. Excited to grow along side all of you.

Hi everyone, I’m Briana. I just joined this group in San Diego. I’m going to make the bold statement and share that my goal is to leave my full time job by my birthday - 10/12. Signed the contract here on my 45th birthday and this is my 1 year exit plan. The next goal after that is to have a 2nd house that will pay for my kids’ university tuition. I’m looking forward to learning from this group, growing, creating a beautiful and supportive environment for my clients and building a legacy and generational wealth for my kids. By way of background, I have credentials and experiences just like everyone else BUT most importantly I had 2 amazing kids, 7 sisters a brother and a dog that is currently snoring next to me 😆
