Hi there! I’m new to wealthbox and had a couple questions for all you seasoned pros 😂 - assets… do you put everything account under the head of household or do you separate it per appropriate spouse? I ask because I’ve seen different places where people say they don’t want to have to look up both spouses, and they’d rather just look up head of household… thoughts? - In WB, are you putting a call to client as a “note” using note tags… OR are you putting it as an “event” and leaving notes there? Just using call as an example… but I’m testing both methods. I’m not sure which would be better for reports later either !? I did learn that there’s a big diff in where I put the “detailed notes” for an event and that diff means a lot when I’m looking at the contact Activity thread. (Referring to notepad notes when you “view meeting details” VS event description. The event description is the only thing I see showing in the contact activity feed.) - In the Calendar view, is there a way to see meetings that have a status as unconfirmed, tentative, confirmed, or cancelled ? Basically anything other than completed? Or do I have to set up a report? It would be so nice to have a dropdown view on the Calendar tab where we can check off what status we want to see… just like we can check off the calendar types we want to and do not want to see! (Va having to go to a whole new page just to run a report to see this) Hopefully I’m just missing this option ? :) - How are you tracking your prospect flow? Specifically prospect > lead > intro meeting > discovery meeting > presenting plan meeting > applications Opportunities pipeline? The new custom objects? Something else? - What’s something you do in wealthbox now… that you wish you would have known to do when you started? ✨✨✨✨✨ Any other wealthbox tips you’ve found successful? Or any questions YOU have? I really wish there was a way to look into the brain of an advisor using Wealthbox and see how their mind works with how it’s set up! I know there’s so many ways to be successful with it but I’m so visual and I am having a hard time visually seeing the “whole process”
