Hey everyone! After selling my first client, he backed out before paying. So now, I'm back to having no clients. What should I do to get clients? What direction should I take my agency in? Is there a niche anyone recommends? I know this is part of having your own business; I just want to get back in the game! Any advice or personal stories would go a long way!

Hey everyone! For my first client, I successfully created an n8n automation via Calendly, where his clients will receive booking confirmations and reminders. Also, after each session, his client will receive personalized notes from the call and be prompted to sign up for another session. I used AI mode on n8n, but eventually I would like to create it myself. Claude helped me out a TON. A few questions: 1) Did I waste tokens using AI mode? If so, was it a substantial amount? I had to sign up for a higher tier to keep developing the automation, since I ran out of tokens. 2) Since this is my first client, I said he could use this out for a couple of days, then we will discuss payment. Was this a mistake? Obviously, later on I would charge immediately after, but I'm just not confident in my skills yet. I thought maybe if he uses it with a few clients, he will know that he NEEDS it. 3) How much should I charge him? If we factor in n8n Pro, it's at $60 a month just to run it. I have Claude pro as well, so thats $20. I can take harsh feedback if needed. I am here to learn and develop my skills from y'all. Don't hold back!

Hey everyone! I was able to get a 2nd client to fill out my form! If you read my earlier message, I automated the action plan via Apps Script. However, that was very complicated and a waste of time. So, I moved over to n8n, and I used the Ask AI feature to automate turning the Google Form into an action plan. Here is the finished product! If anyone would like to give me n8n advice, I am all ears!
