New Book - Free on Amazon this week!
Hello Fellow AI enthusiasts! My new book, The AI-Powered Professional is now available on Amazon, and the ebook is free this week! It teaches a 4-phase approach to integrating AI into your work. Acclerate, Amplify, Augment, and Automate. I learned this from Darby and this community! Darby even wrote the forward the book! You can get it on Amazon here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0H22CDNCZ/ It’s my gift to you for being such a great community of people who share generously! As you know, initial sales (even free ones) are important for Amazon's algorithm. I would appreciate a quick download. If you find the book helpful, a 1-2 sentence would be amazing!

Claude Mastery - 3/17/2026
Last Claude Mastery of the sprint happened this morning. We kicked off with some wins: Hannah built a client onboarding system that turned 15 hours of content strategy work into one hour. She did a full April content calendar for a new client before lunch. Her words: clip that for the testimonials. Coach John turned his cold outreach process into a single skill. Find a lead. Enrich it with Clay. Pull a recent LinkedIn post with Firecrawl. Use it as the hook in a cold email. One skill runs the whole thing. Assaad built a marketing manager agent from his own coursework and frameworks. Instead of drinking from the fire hose, he has a system he can consult when he needs an answer. Second half of the session was a second-grader-level walkthrough of getting Claude Code connected to GitHub. Repos. Branches. Uploading skills. Setting up a .gitignore so your API keys stay safe. If you have been intimidated by the jump from regular Claude to Claude Code, this is the session to watch. You can also reference the session from 1/13/2026 to get started too. The next 90 days are about building AI Chiefs of Staff with Claude Code. Skills are still the foundation. Claude Code is what you build on top of them. ==> Replay and full workshop breakdown are in the classroom. Stay tuned for updates on the continued focus for Claude mastery and building your AI Chief of Staff. What was a recent win YOU had with Claude? Share your use case in the comments.

Sounds like a great session. Sorry I couldn’t attend. Looking forward to the replay!
How to setup Playwright-CLI as a headless browser for Claude
Here's a great video on how use Microsoft's open source Playwright headless browser to be accessible in Claude as a skill. Watch this video to see how to do it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I9kO6-yPkfM I was able to tell Claude Code to use /playwright-cli to read the content from a substack blog which required my login and a captcha, and process the content in a summarized note for me saving it in my Obsidian vault. In the video, it says you can install this by having Claude Code read the Github repo link. However, I found it easier to install with the three shell commands. Claude Code was jumping through all kinds of hoops to install it. Three shell commands worked in 30 seconds. Use these three shell commands in order: 1. npm install -g @playwright/cli 2. npx playwright install chromium 3. playwright-cli install --skills
Claude is Crashing Due to Too Many Plugins
I downloaded and installed all of the new knowledge worker skills from the Anthropic Github repo. Unfortunately, either my PC and/or Claude did not have enough memory to support loading all of these plugins. I asked Claude chat to diagnose the problem and it helped turn off the plugins that I didnt need to load immediately. I still have the plugins available when I want to activate them. Also, here's a great video by Mark Kashef that describes how Claude processes skills and plugins. It's very informative and will help manager your skills so they run more efficiently. Plugins as the Skills Orchestrator?
In our last Claude Materclass, @Charles Gibson talked about our next challenge of building an orchestration layer on top of our skills. I just watched a video by Mark Kashef about building plugins that have multiple skills and agents. Of course, Anthropic has a plugin creator. This might be a key piece of the orchestration later.
