What would it be like to create and live from a place of peace and knowing? Not pressure. Not fear. Not overthinking. Just trust. Presence. Inner knowing. ✨ What would you choose if you trusted yourself more? Take a moment today to get quiet and ask: “What do I already know?” Then share what comes up for you below. 🤍

What I already know: underneath the complicated self is a REAL Bruce. The more I let him show up, the more life becomes pure, honest, and alive — not from effort, just presence.
Lessons Become Legacy
🌿 Weekly Reflection What has your past taught you that, if you choose to act on it today, could change the course of your life? Your past can become one of your greatest teachers—if you’re willing to learn from it. Every experience holds wisdom. Every challenge carries a lesson. The question is: What will you do with it? Share one lesson you’ve learned from your past and one action you’re committed to taking this week because of that lesson. Then, encourage another member by replying to their post with support or insight. Your words could make a lasting difference.

My first response to this question was: focus on involvement, not control. I’ve spent a lot of years believing that control would keep me safe. And in some ways, that belief shaped how I moved through life. What I understand better now is that the drive for control was really about trying to protect something tender in me that didn’t feel safe. The lesson for me is that control may feel protective, but it can also be isolating. It can keep me outside my own life, trying to manage it instead of truly living it. What changes me is involvement — being present, being honest, being willing to let myself be touched by what is actually happening. That’s where I find connection, understanding, and a deeper sense of being alive. So this week I want to practice catching myself when I move into control, and instead choose to be more open, more curious, and more genuinely involved.

@Rocío Pérez Thank you for expanding on my perspective. The integration creates a more powerful awarness for me.
The Power of Slowing Down
✨ Reflection Moment: What becomes visible when you slow down? ✨ In the rush of everyday life, we often move from one moment to the next without truly noticing what is happening within us and around us. But when we slow our pace, become still, and give ourselves permission to be fully present, we begin to see things that were always there — but waiting for our attention. A feeling we’ve been carrying.A lesson we’ve been avoiding.A dream that has been quietly calling us.A moment of connection we may have missed.A part of ourselves asking to be heard. Take a moment to reflect: 🌿 What have you been too busy, distracted, or focused to notice — that is becoming clear to you now as you slow down and become more present? Share your reflection with us. What did you discover when you gave yourself the space to truly see? 💛

When I slow down, I notice how easily I can live from momentum instead of presence. I can spend a lot of energy thinking, anticipating, solving, and staying mentally busy without really being here. When I slow down enough to notice, I can feel the restlessness underneath it — and also the longing underneath that. The longing is to be more present to myself, to the people I love, and to what actually matters. What becomes clear is that I don’t want to just keep moving. I want to live from a more intentional place. I want to be here for my life while I’m living it, not just racing ahead of it. So for me, slowing down feels a little like coming home — back to myself, back to what matters, back to the kind of man I want to be. And it leaves me with the question: for the sake of what am I moving at all?
The Magic of Assertiveness
✨ Have you ever wondered how becoming more assertive could create new opportunities, stronger relationships, and greater success in your business, career, or personal life? 🌱 Assertiveness is about confidently expressing your ideas, honoring your boundaries, communicating your needs, and trusting the value you bring. When you practice healthy assertiveness, you create space for your voice to be heard, your goals to move forward, and your potential to be recognized. 💡 Take a moment to reflect: 💭 Where in your life would being more assertive help you grow, lead, or create a better outcome? 💭 What conversation, decision, or opportunity might look different if you showed up with more confidence and clarity? 💭 What is one small step you can take this week to practice being more assertive? Your voice matters. Your ideas matter. Your contribution matters. ✨ Share your thoughts below — let’s learn from each other and inspire more courage, confidence, and growth together. 💬🌟

Assertive is an interesting word... I love seeing you stand so firmly in your power and owning your value, Rocio. Your reflection sparked a new MindShift for me: true assertiveness actually has to start with being fiercely assertive with myself. Through the lens of Authentic Relating, I'm learning to view assertiveness less as a shield to protect my energy, and more as a tool to be truly known. When that feeling of "being used" arises, my practice challenges me to drop the story about the other person and strictly own my internal experience—saying, "I'm noticing I feel undervalued right now." It shifts speaking up from trying to control an outcome into building a bridge for a deeper, more transparent connection. I always love exploring these layers with you! ✨
Who’s Your Hero?
✨ Who is someone you deeply admire, and what qualities, values, or gifts make them your idol? 🤗 When you look beyond their success, what do you see that reflects something within yourself? Reflect honestly:Which of those same gifts already live inside you, waiting to be expressed? What would it look like to fully embody your own wisdom, courage, authenticity, and purpose so you no longer need to place someone else above you? How can you begin honoring your unique voice and gifts today, so you become your own idol? 🤩

I notice that tis may sound really bizarre! What landed with me as I read your prompt I realized that my honest approach is to consider me as my hero. The 'now' conversations I am having with myself are no longer related to 'how can I be safe", they are now focused on "how can I show up fully for myself, learn what matters, what empowers and what connects me more deeply to my authentic humanity and how can I embrace other humans consistently with my humanity. I clearly need, friends, coaches, brilliant mentors, deep relationships, guides and many other resources that my hero can learn from and embody. I'm convinced that 'me as my hero' is my best way forward. Thank your for asking beautifully inspiring questions. It provoked into making a powerful assessment.🥰
