Strength Training
Hiiii I’ve been wanting to go to the gym, does anyone have any workouts that help with tennis?

I wish there were some personal trainers that focus on tennis workouts
Strings
Right now I am using all poly strings. However if I play for a few days, my elbow definitely starts to hurt. I am thinking of switching to hybrid (multifilament + poly). I’m thinking probably otoro and not sure what multifilament string. If there are any recommendations on strings or other things I am grateful for anything!

Try NXT. That helped my elbow.
September play tennis challenge
Hi there! Few things are in order for the September play tennis challenge Cohort. 1) reach level 2 on skool. You need an accumulation of 5 likes(not yours, but other people) on any of your posts. So write a post, comment on other people’s post, give helpful advice. 2) if you are a USTA 3.0 or below, you have to play and post atlease one time a week. If you are USTA 3.5 or above, you have to play and post atlease two times a week. A week counts from Monday - Sunday. So for this first week, make sure you post the appropriate number of times by Sunday. We have a social media guidelines in our pinned post in the play tennis challenge. 3) Finally, you have to join me in the enrollment call. This is mandatory. I have set 3 enrollment calls this week; today, tomorrow and Sunday. Here is the link to sign up for the call https://calendly.com/bryan-cityracquetshop/play-tennis-challenge-enrollment-call-clone

Hand pain
I played tennis for a while today and my hand and fingers are hurting. That has never happened to me before. Any suggestions why that might be? Was I holding the racquet too tight?

Probably the racquet handle is too small or big?
