✍️✍️✍️ START HERE>>> Welcome! (And a question for you...)
Hey! I'm so pleased you're here. I'm on a mission to create a community of aspiring writers, writers for fun, and award-winners-to-be, where we can all share our ideas, work and inspiration, and I can share my knowledge and passion for creating worlds, people and work that moves people - to laughter, tears, action, and everything in between. If you haven't already, please take a moment to introduce yourself (using our 10 interview questions, if you like) in a new post (Community tab>>Write Something) And then, what better time to start writing than right now, with the free Scene One 7-day 'get writing' challenge. But first, a quick question What are you hoping to see and do and learn here? (There are no wrong answers to this!) Please do reach out and say hello. Happy Writing! Mark :-)

My name is Bryan Keith Rohrer and I am from Aurora, Colorado. Write because I desire to do a couple of films/streaming programs. Putting together a film crew is quite costly as well. I have played a professional clown character since 1982 and want to take that talent on screen with puppets to entertain, as well as a family centered series (think Roseanne) that I desire to stream through TubiTV or Amazon. Anyway got some ideas to accomplish. As a history buff, I enjoy history anything, but like to see the lighter side of history that though from perspective can really be seen as tragedy, could also be written to see the humorous side. My favorite character is Teddy Roosevelt. Am a big fan of movies that mock the macabre. The musical (early eighties) the Pirate Movie always made me laugh. I also liked the movie "Throw Momma from the Train". I also think it would be fun to do a mocking of all the ghost shows, with my clown having a puppet sandwich float by (green screen) and it talk to him as he's continually denying the existence of ghosts. Coupled with a crew of the right ghost hunters, I would find a lot of comedic writing there. I would also like to do a Biblically based saga like Star Wars, but from the perspective of the spirit realm, taking the stories and cutting 'behind the scenes' and bring where angels/demons may have possibly had presence. I fictional perspective that would just be fun to do. As far as the story of my life listed in the 'interview questions', that would be an interesting story. I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1996, still fully ambulatory with struggles, and just am ready to have fun causing laughter. I get my hope that someone will look at the scripts I have and actually take an interest
