I’ve been looking at a lot of AI agency posts lately, and almost everyone talks about the same things: AI employees. AI automation. AI voice agents. Getting $5k clients. But I rarely see people talking about what happens after the client says yes. How do you actually maintain the system, handle failures, monitor it, and keep the client happy month after month? Maybe the difficult part of an AI agency isn't getting the first client. Maybe it's keeping the 10th client. Curious what you guys think.
