I hit the $100k/mrr Platinum 💎 emoji (here's what it actually took)
Last week the Platinum badge showed up on my Skool account beside my name. $100K MRR. Ten months ago I was on a plateau. But the badge isn't what I want to focus on here. Because what got me there wasn't anything I added. It was what I removed. - Went from four offers down to two - Went from a team down to one EA - Went from a calendar full of sales calls down to zero - Replaced the humans in fulfillment, follow-up and ops with AI agents Every one of those felt like a step backward at the time. And every one of them was the step that mattered. Here's what I've come to believe after 10 months of this: We keep adding because adding feels like progress. Another offer. Another funnel. Another hire. And the business gets heavier every year without getting more profitable. Removing is harder. It means admitting some of what you built isn't working. (Been there. More than once.) But it's the only thing I've seen actually produce freedom. Not just revenue. Freedom. Afternoons with my girls. Hikes with the boys. A calendar with room in it. A business that runs whether I'm in it that day or not. The badge came after those hard decisions. Friday I'm walking through exactly what I removed, what I kept, and the 11 pieces that have to be right for the simpler version to scale. Friday, October 9th. 11:00 AM PST / 2:00 PM EST. 90 minutes, live. Register and get your zoom link here Dan 'Less is More' Harrison P.S. Before Friday, do one thing. Write down everything you're currently selling and everything you're currently paying for. Just the list. You'll want it for the mapping exercise, and most people are surprised by how long it is.

Less is most definitely more. True for you and true for me too.
Which 2 are you missing? (Find out on Friday)
There are 11 small things that have recently connected that helped me have my best month in business last month with $166k Cash Collected. Things were working ok before... But once I got all 11 to connect... epic results. Here's the part that surprised me. I had 9 of the 11 in place and working. but it was just 2 little things that were not yet locked in... and stunted my growth. And they are most likely NOT what you think. Everyone assumes they've got a traffic problem or an offer problem. Nine times out of ten it's something smaller and more boring sitting a couple of steps upstream. Fix it and the whole thing starts scaling. There are a lot of people trying to copy my workshop system right now... but they won't be able to get it to click unless they understand and connect the 11 elements. Friday I'll walk through all 11. Then you'll lay them over your own business and see which ones you're missing. That's the whole workshop. Discover the BEST new way to get clients and grow your solo founder business past $100k/m Friday, October 9th. 11:00 AM PST / 2:00 PM EST. 90 minutes. It's inside of the Claude for Coaches Community. You can join here for $47 and get access to this workshop and ALL the other workshops I have done over the last 4 months. See you live. Dan "Workshop Master" Harrison

About Long-Term Collaboration (Remote, Part-Time)
Hello everyone How are you doing well? I'm a software developer with over eight years of experience, including freelance projects and remote positions with companies(US, Canada, Europe). Most of my work has come through Upwork, where I've had the opportunity to build web applications and software solutions for clients across a variety of industries. As my experience has grown, I've become increasingly interested in long-term collaborations and larger, more challenging projects with an international reach. For the past few years, I worked with a people based in Texas, US. He(Filipino-American) focused on client communication and discovery calls while I was responsible for technical planning, software architecture, and full-stack development. This arrangement allowed each of us to focus on our strengths, and together we successfully delivered multiple projects. Through close collaboration, we successfully secured a remote position with a U.S. company. The journey wasn't easy, but our success was the result of consistent effort, perseverance, and mutual trust. Our collaboration recently came to an end after he accepted a full-time position with one of our long-term clients. One of the reasons I'm reaching out is that, although my technical experience has grown significantly, independent my work can still be limited by geography and professional networks. If you are interested in this suggestion, I'd like to discuss more details thank

My workshops used to look like a hostage video
True story. For years, my monthly workshops looked exactly like everyone else's. Open Zoom. Share a Google Slides deck. Talk at a wall of tiny faces for 90 minutes. And every time I went to share my screen, there was this little 4-second panic where I'd hunt for the right window while 60 people stared at my desktop. (Yes, they saw the tabs. All of them.) Here's the thing. The content was good. People told me so. Then they checked their email around minute 22 and quietly left around minute 40. By the time I got to the offer, I was pitching to a gallery of black squares. So I did what any reasonable person would do and went full nerd on it. Ecamm. Stream Deck. An iPad I draw on live. A floating camera that sits over my slides so people watch me instead of a deck. Scenes that switch with one button. It took me an embarrassingly long time to figure out. (Months. And a Stream Deck I bought twice because the first one was too small) But the difference wasn't subtle. People stayed. People engaged. People bought. And it turns out the whole setup is about five tools wired together once. Not fifty. Anyway... On Friday, September 25th I'm running a live 90-minute session called Workshop Pro™ where I show you how to set up your zoom room like the stage it is. Scenes, slides, drawing, controls. You leave with a setup, not a to-do list. It's $47. Comment "ZOOM" below and I'll send you the details. Dan P.S. If you've never run a workshop before, this one prob isn't for you yet. Come to the next one. This is for people who already run them and are tired of theirs looking like a Tuesday staff meeting.

Ecamm+Streamdeck+iPad. I knew it. The presentations are slick...especially the Matrix themed slides you had on the last one... that was nostalgic and so much fun!
