I love this poem. Let this change the way you think about how you live each day. It sure has given me a new perspective. Make today a day you’re proud of.

DON’T WASTE THE SEASON. DON’T WASTE YOUR HEALTH.
You know what I love about this time of year? Cool, crisp mornings. Warm afternoons. Fresh air. Beautiful days that make you want to get outside and move. But here’s the thing… These days won’t last forever. Soon, the mornings will get colder. The days will get shorter. And it will become a whole lot easier to find excuses to stay inside, sit on the couch, and put our health on the back burner. Don’t wait for the weather to change before you decide to change. Get outside. Take the walk. Ride the bike. Hit the trail. Move your body. You don’t have to run a marathon or spend two hours in the gym. You just have to stop treating your physical health like it’s optional. Because it isn’t. Your body is the vehicle that carries you through every experience, every adventure, every responsibility, and every relationship that matters to you. You can build a business, grow your bank account, and chase every professional goal imaginable. But what good is building a life you don’t have the energy or the health to enjoy? That’s why Physical Wealth is Pillar #4 in my book, Rebel Wealth. Physical wealth isn’t about looking good in the mirror. It’s about building the strength, energy, discipline, and capacity to show up for the people you love and the life you’re called to live. And that’s exactly why we’re doing our 11-Week Rebel Fit Challenge. We’re taking ownership of our fitness, nutrition, and mindset. We’re building better habits. We’re getting stronger together. Not someday. Not when life slows down. Not when the weather gets better. NOW. 🔥 Here’s your challenge for today: Get outside and move your body for at least 20 minutes. No excuses. No waiting for Monday. Just take action. Then come back and tell us what you did. And if you’ve been thinking about joining our 11-Week Rebel Fit Challenge, this is your invitation to stop thinking about it and start doing something about it. Let’s finish this year stronger than we started it. Strength. Purpose. Legacy.

Stress Is Costing You More Than You Think.
Brother, can we be honest for a minute? Sometimes the man everyone depends on is the man who is running on empty. You’re carrying the weight of work, finances, family responsibilities, and expectations. You keep pushing because people are counting on you. But what is it costing you? Maybe you’re lying awake at 3 AM with a mind that won’t shut off. Maybe your eating habits have slipped. Your workouts have become inconsistent. Your patience is getting shorter. You’re snapping at the people you love, withdrawing from friends, or losing interest in things that used to energize you. And maybe you’ve convinced yourself that you just need to work harder. But you can’t keep running on empty and expect to show up as your best self. Stress can create a cycle that’s hard to break. Poor sleep drains your energy. Low energy makes healthy habits harder. Neglected habits affect how you feel physically and mentally. And before long, the stress you’re carrying begins affecting the people and priorities that matter most. You don’t have to wait until you’re broken to make a change. You don’t have to fix everything today, either. Start small. - Get to bed a little earlier. - Move your body, even if it’s just a walk. - Make a better choice at your next meal. - Put down your phone and be present with your family. - Make time for prayer and reflection. - Talk to someone instead of carrying everything alone. These aren’t signs of weakness. They’re acts of responsibility. But here’s something else I’ve learned: You can work incredibly hard at building a successful life and still neglect the very things that make that life worth living. You can build your career while your health suffers. You can grow your income while your relationships weaken. You can achieve your goals while losing your peace, your purpose, and your connection to the people who matter most. The problem isn’t necessarily that you’re not working hard enough. Sometimes, the problem is that you’re building without a complete picture of what real wealth looks like.

MOTIVATION IS A MOOD. STANDARDS ARE A DECISION.
Brothers, let me ask you something uncomfortable. How many times have you promised yourself, Tomorrow, I’m going to get serious. Tomorrow, you’ll get back in the gym. Tomorrow, you’ll stop putting off that important conversation with your wife. Tomorrow, you’ll spend more time with your kids instead of giving them whatever energy work hasn’t already taken from you. Tomorrow, you’ll get serious about your faith, your health, your purpose, and the man you’re becoming. Then tomorrow comes. And you hit snooze. You make excuses. You tell yourself you’ll start when things settle down. But things don’t settle down. Life keeps moving. Your body keeps changing. Your kids keep growing. Your marriage needs your attention. Your opportunities don’t wait forever. And one day, you look in the mirror and realize something painful: You’ve spent so much time taking care of everything around you that you’ve neglected the man responsible for all of it. That’s drift. It rarely happens in one catastrophic decision. It happens in a thousand small compromises that become your normal. And here’s the hard truth: Your family doesn’t need a man who’s motivated once in a while. They need a man whose character doesn’t disappear when life gets hard. God didn’t give you this life to spend it sleepwalking through your potential. You don’t need to become perfect. You need to stop abandoning the standards you know matter. That’s why I wrote Rebel Wealth: The 12 Pillars of Wealth to Build a Life of Strength, Purpose, and Legacy. The 12 Pillars are a framework for rebuilding your life from the inside out—your faith, relationships, mind, body, purpose, freedom, finances, and the legacy you’ll leave behind. Not another collection of motivational ideas. A framework for becoming the man you’re meant to be. But no book can make your decisions for you. At some point, you have to stop talking about the man you want to become and start proving it through the man you choose to be today. So here’s your challenge.
