Hi all! We closed on a new property beginning of September and have a few units with "unknown tenants" - no name, no address, no phone number, nothing (yes, the old owners terribly mismanaged the place). How would you / have you gone about handling these units? Based on the old owner's records these unknown customers have not made payment in awhile. This facility is in NY by the way.

RODENT BAIT STATIONS - are folks using rodent bait stations at their facilities? Is it actually a good preventative measure? Have them at one, dont have them at another - debating what to do on our third that we're closing on soon. Thoughts?

owners with larger facilities (many buildings) - are you labelling your storage buildings for tenants (showing on the side of the bldg "1-100, etc." If so where are you sourcing your vinyl stickers/signs? We'd ideally like to have large reflective vinyl numbers (or potentially make metal signs - although more expensive)

Do you folks typically purchase a cyber policy for your facilities?

How how you all handled setting up a new GMB page with a facility that already has one (but not good reviews) and we are rebranding? Do we need existing owners to remove their GMB page first?
