What actually makes people want to complete a course or learning program?
I've been thinking about this lately because so many courses are full of valuable information, yet many people never actually finish them. Is the problem: • Too much content? • No clear goal or transformation? • Not enough practical exercises? • Lack of feedback or accountability? • Or simply that the learning experience isn't engaging enough? Personally, I think having more content doesn't always mean better learning. Sometimes a shorter, more focused experience with practical application can be much more valuable. So I'd love to hear your thoughts: What makes YOU want to complete a learning program, and what usually makes you lose interest? For those who create courses, communities, or training programs—what's one mistake you think people make when designing learning experiences? Let's discuss

One mistake i think i make is that i often make mistake at the beggining of the setting up of communities and it is sometimes caused by not having the total control
