Paul and Carl - I've been very strict in keeping "you" and "your" out of my prospecting offers. I've noticed though that I can make my offers more concise (and maybe more inherently relatable?) if I use those words. JW said not to use those 2 words in an offer. Do y'all still agree with that, given that y'all have become flexible with the "poison words"? While we are at it, what was so special about omitting "you" and "your" from offers? Was it to sound less assumptive?
