🐇🕳️ TODAY’S RABBIT HOLE Ohhhh, this is one I’ve been down since 2020… 👀 Search these three things: Carnegie. Rockefeller. The Flexner Report of 1910. Start with one question: 🔎 What happened to American medicine AFTER the Flexner Report — and who funded the transformation? That’s it. Don’t let me tell you what to think. Don’t let TikTok tell you what to think. 😂 Go poke around for 10–15 minutes and see where the rabbit hole takes you. Then come back here and tell me: WHAT DID YOU FIND?! 👀🐇🕳️ Because once you start following this one… whewwwww. 😳 ✨ Change your thinking. Change your vibration. Change your life.

Honestly, this might be one of the most random, perfectly, ShelRay things I’ve done lately.😬😍 I entered the Maxim Big Game Weekend 2027 Creator Competition. 😳🤣🙌🏽 YES. MAXIM, YES, BIG GAME WEEKEND. YES. ME. 🤣🤣🤣 The winner gets $25,000, a trip for two to LA, tickets to the Big Game AND the Maxim party, and the opportunity to create content around the weekend. And if you know me, you KNOW the football part alone has me like… ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?! 🏈🤩 But there’s something else about this that I love. I’m 52, I’ve lost 130+ pounds, I’ve been sober for over two years, I rebuilt my body, my life, my business, and honestly… myself. And somewhere along the way I stopped asking,” Am I the kind of woman who does that?” And started saying… “Why the hell NOT me?” 🤌🏽 Soooooo… THE SACRED PACK HAS A JOB. 🤣🙌🏽 PLEASE vote for me every day, and I would LOVE to see what happens when this little community of ours gets behind something together. 💜 Let’s take ShelRay & The Sacred Pack to LA. 😬😍🤩🏈✈️ 👇🏽 VOTE HERE 👇🏽 https://creators.maxim.com/t/Z69M78ET Change your thinking, Change your vibration, Change your life. ™️ #fyp #maximmagazine #biggame #vote #winner

THE SACRED PACK IS LEVELING UP. 🐾🌙💜 I’ve been paying attention.😬😍🫶🏽🤩 Not just to what people say they want, but to what people are actually showing up for, & I realized something…. We don’t need MORE things on our calendars. We need more places where we can actually CONNECT. So I’m changing things up inside ShelRay & The Sacred Pack. 😍 Less “sit quietly on Zoom and listen to me.” More COME AS YOU ARE. ☕ Come half-awake Monday morning with your coffee or tea . 🪑 Pull up a chair Wednesday night and talk about what’s REALLY going on. Ask questions. Share a win. Talk Reiki, energy, animals, healing, life, synchronicities or whatever is on your heart. Then we’ll close with a quick 10-minute sound reset. 🌙 And FRIDAY?! 😂 WE’RE HAVING A SLUMBER PARTY. Pajamas, Pets, Blankets, Snacks, Card pulls, Meditation. Stories, Laughing, Maybe some bowls. Maybe some absolute nonsense. 😂 Whatever the Universe brings. And Sacred Sunday is moving to 8 AM MT before the errands, before the noise, before everybody else needs something from you. This is what I want the Sacred Pack to be: Real people. Real conversations, Real healing, community that feels like HOME. And please hear this part, you are NOT supposed to attend everything. Come when you need us, Come when you need connection, Come when you need to laugh, Come when you need to get grounded. Come when you just don’t want to do life alone that day. You belong at this table. 💜 Come for the healing, & stay for the comedy. 😂🐾 You are safe. You are loved. You are protected. Who’s coming to our FIRST FRIDAY NIGHT SLUMBER PARTY?! 👇🏼😂🌙🐾💜 Love you all, ShelRay, Kokopuf, Phoebe Pearle & Timmy🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽
