I am in the beginning of my second year with Ilana’s method. When I began I couldn’t lay flat on the ground with my head and shoulders down, I was prone to vertigo. Today my back is aligned, my posture improved, and no sign of vertigo. I eased in to using kefir having been dairy free. 
Ilana inspires us all to femininity and poise. I am a young 69 year old with aspirations to remain active with my  children and grandchildren. The IM empowers me to do just that!
