Stop Waiting and Start Showing Up for Yourself.
Mel Robbins shares how small daily actions can help you overcome self doubt, build confidence, and move closer to your goals. From using the Five Second Rule to taking control of your reactions, discover how to stop overthinking and start taking action. Success begins when you stop breaking promises to yourself and start showing up, even when it feels difficult. What’s one promise you’re going to keep to yourself today?

Don’t let fear make the decision
Fear will always have a reason to tell you not to try. You might fail. People might judge you. Things might not go as planned. But fear doesn’t have to make the final decision. Sometimes, courage simply means taking the next step while you’re still afraid. This Monday, choose action over hesitation. What would you do if fear wasn’t deciding for you?

Leading Without a Title: Timeless Guidance for Employees and Founders
Robin Sharma’s core philosophy presents a powerful truth: you do not need an official position, a high status, or a title to be a leader. True leadership is never about the authority granted by a corporate ladder; it is about your mindset, your daily choices, and your commitment to excellence. For Employees: Excel Right Where You Are: Whatever your current role is, perform it with absolute mastery. When you execute your work with passion and dedication, people naturally start looking up to you as a leader. Take Full Ownership: Do not wait for permission or blame circumstances. Focus on bringing solutions to the table before problems even escalate. Leaders without titles do not make excuses—they deliver results. Invest in Human Connections: Business is ultimately about people. Treat colleagues with genuine respect, listen actively, and build deep trust. Great relationships fuel great achievements. For Founders and Entrepreneurs: Build a Culture of Leaders, Not Followers: Exceptional founders do not accumulate followers; they grow and empower new leaders. Give your team the freedom and confidence to make decisions and own their outcomes. Focus on Craftsmanship and Value: Long-term business success belongs to those who deliver such extraordinary quality and value that customers simply cannot ignore them. Lead by Example: Your team will rarely do what you say; they will always do what you do. Show up with the discipline, integrity, and enthusiasm you wish to see in your organization. “Leadership is not about a title or a designation. It’s about impact, influence, and inspiration.” @Kim Ivy Busa @Evan Carmichael @Jem Arcibal @Alf Marcussen , @Matt Fox , @Bill Boone , @Dr Varil Williams @Viktor Farkasovszki @Victor Steele @Ghyslain Monet @Stirbu Florentina @Celene Lees

What Would Help You Believe In Yourself More?
We have a member in our community, @Nancy Mancilla, @James Ngomeli, @Shukhrat Sadikov, @Parv Jain whose biggest goal right now is simple but powerful: Believe in myself. It sounds simple, but believing in yourself can be one of the hardest parts of growing, especially when you’re trying something new. If you’ve ever struggled with self doubt and learned how to trust yourself more, what helped you? Share your advice below. Someone in the community might need to hear it today.

For years I thought I need evidence to give myself permission to be confident in myself and my abilities and believe in myself. Even though I knew I can be confident in my ability to learn and grow, it didn't seem to be enough because there was this hope to have evidence. I spent years waiting for the evidence to show up. Meanwhile the evidence I saw was that great and successful people, at some point, simply chose to have confidence in themselves without any evidence in the external world. They simply stopped waiting and started creating evidence for themselves. They simply decided on what the evidence is that they want to see in the world. So decide now: what do you want?
A Reminder From One Of Your Favorite Entrepreneurs
Steve Jobs is a favorite entrepreneur for some of our members, and this quote is a powerful reminder of how we choose to spend our time: “Your time is limited, don’t waste it living someone else’s life.” It’s easy to get caught up comparing your journey to someone else’s, chasing goals that don’t really belong to you, or waiting for the “right” time to start. Your time is limited. Use it to build something that matters to you. What’s one thing you want to spend more of your time on?
