Last week was a good week. I used the Possibilities to Project worksheet to write out the ideas I had for the projects I was trying to finish and I was able to finish 2 projects very quickly and I put the worksheet in classroom if you want to use it. Let me know if it helps. 😉

Today was a good one! We talked all about business foundation documents and building your Chief of Staff. Do you have all your business foundation documents written out? Do you have a mission statement or a defined goal for your business or your project? Do you have your value ladder defined or your offers created? Have you asked ChatGPT or Claude to help you write your manifesto or vision statement? This week take a step back and check what you actually have written down and defined. If you don't have anything written as your foundational documents, try to write them this week. They are used in everything else you do.
