I figured everybody else was going pink, so I picked green just to give green a little love. But pink is pretty good too.

@Cristal Vancarson Well, I do try to be contrary...its part of my charm
👑 Listening to too many sources…
Hi Tribers! Does this sound familiar - spreading thin, pointlessly spinning wheels in a 100 different directions…. Cuz ya know, something must eventually work…. And we all do it!it takes one to see one. I used to do it also! Even my clients do it! However the difference is that I quickly help them discern which opportunities are to be dropped as time wasters and which are worth pursuing fully 100%. For me, it’s easy to spot on and help you discern…. That’s how I got into helping high earners to begin with! And while it is worth considering everything, it is important to also consider our energy for these things worth focusing on. Cuz when our energy is focused, we go very far very fast… I always look at the source of the information, advice, opportunity…. Like for example: You wouldn’t want to get a diet and exercise routine from a fat girl that eats ice cream and McDonalds every day, ye? Or You wouldn’t sit in meditation or hypnosis with someone that clearly has lots of stress and negative energy transmitting, ye? Or You wouldn’t listen to someone whose promise is that will help you make 10k a month on Skool specifically without having the rocket himself, ye?? You would think that…. BUT the facts are showing something different…. I see it every day! In friends, in my limitless sessions, in soon to be friends…. It happens more often than not. And it brakes my heart. I invite you to come and talk about it tomorrow…. @ Tribe Fiesta. See you there! Much love 💗

Quick banana shake. Dee fak ing li ceous.
2 ripe Bananas. 2.5ml vanilla essence. 2.5ml cocoa powder. I used powdered milk, maybe 150ml. My lady friend borrowed my food processor so I could not use the blender attachment. So I used the stuck blender in an old 1L yogurt container. Nothing like it for quick boost, probably too much 🤣 No matter how nice, I'd have to watch myself. I did not lose 24kg(±53lbs for those who are still stuck in past measurements 🤔). I've already picked up about 3kg, I can see why people weigh stuff before they eat. Fuck it's sweet, and delicious.

@Deb Spotleson 😊 And you seem to be tolerating it well. I'm glad to hear that. the fiber and the micronutrients are always good for you.

@Rositsa Aleksandrova I have found that to be true, and also hip stretching has been very, very helpful for me. It's so worth it to spend 20 minutes in the evening stretching out because it releases all the tension in the muscles for the day and allows the body to relax. But yes, for the lower back, that was a specific targeted area for me that I really had to work on quite a bit (because any flexion in my lower back was extremely painful). I had to stop and hold on to something for about 5 seconds in order to steady myself again and let the pain subside. Stretching really helped that too.

@Rositsa Aleksandrova Yes, I always have to remember to breathe!
Pork Hock Soup in the crockpot. Sue,
Just before I left to go out to the pub with Sue, I sauteed some onion, celery, coriander and pepper corns crushed with pestle and mortar. Added dried basil, oregano, parsley. 1 Pork Hock. 1L home made chicken stock. Diced carrots x3 I large potato cubed. 3/4cup green split peas. 3/4cup red lentils. Added water to cover hock. Pressure cooker for 1hr. Got back home to this! It's 1:42am now. Nice thick creamy soup. Perfect on a cold evening out. I just had my second bowl added some Soya sauce. Sue made some videos of me making a clown of myself singing karaoke. I'll see if it's worth posting. Me entertaining About 5 people at a local pub 😁

@Rositsa Aleksandrova @Ossie Osmond You inspired me to do a demo of my split pea and ham soup. Especially since the weather is cooling down now here, seems like the right thing to do. Plus, I love split pea soup. I'm a huge fan. One of the things that everyone needs to add more of in their diet is fiber, and split peas are full of fiber and minerals. What a delicious way to get more fiber!
