And believe it or not we are doing this because its really going to help you. You can have a read and listen in, or do one or the other, but you do need to know this, The website is NOT doing all the work for you 😁 Des and I were having our usual meeting last night — yes, we really do meet every night and talk about you lot 😂 — and something came up that we need to address. We need to help you help yourselves. Since the website went live, I’ve noticed something happening. You’re happily pressing the Magic Button and sending your events through to me... Brilliant. But some of you have stopped actually posting about them in the SED feed. Not brilliant. The website is an added bonus to everything else we give you. It is another place for your event to be discovered and another way for us to get your event further out into the world. It does NOT replace you talking about your event. Because your feed posts can do something a website listing simply cannot. They give you room to tell us why you’re holding the event. What you’re going to talk about. What you know. Why you know it. Who it’s going to help. You can share testimonials, stories, results and all those lovely little nuggets that make somebody think: "Actually... I need to go to this." That’s exactly why VIPs can post about the same event up to THREE times in a week. Not the same post three times, obviously. Nobody needs that. 😂 Three different opportunities to give people another reason to notice you and another reason to come along. So... we’re bringing back one of my old rules, with a slight update. If you haven’t posted about your event in the SED feed, it won’t be on the SED website. If it’s already there and you haven’t posted, I’ll take it down. And before anybody thinks Heather’s gone all Headmistress Wilson on us, there is a reason for it. 😂 We want your events to succeed. Des and I can get you onto the website. We can put you in front of the SED audience. We can share you further afield and keep creating more opportunities for your events to be discovered.

A big congratulations to our latest members who jumped in and grabbed the VIP offer before the doors closed: @Ettjen Jansingh , @May Tinklenberg , @JoAnna Johnston , @Dimitie Kendall , @Tanmay More , @Kelli Howard @Janet Goodman , @Miranda Mitchell , @Dee Shepherd and @Tami Reagor 🥳 You lot are officially VIPs — and now it’s time to make the most of it! As a VIP you can promote as many different events as you like each week, and each individual event can be shared in the SED feed up to three times a week. Your events can be added to our SED calendar, included in our Weekly Bulletin and promoted on our shiny new Skool Events Daily website. And once the event is over, it doesn’t have to disappear into the internet abyss — you can share your replays too. We’ll also support you with promoting your events over in The Classifieds. If you’re posting there, we’ll help support your posts there too. And there’s more coming… VIPs will soon have access to workshops and 1:1 sessions with Des and me, where we can actually get stuck into your events with you, your promotion, your messaging, your audience and all those little things that can make the difference between “I posted it” and “people actually turned up.” 😂 Plus, you’ve got our Coffee, Chat & Collab sessions, opportunities to connect with other members, collaborate, get your events seen and tap into the support we’re continuing to build around VIP. So congratulations to our newest VIPs. 🥂 You grabbed the offer. Now let’s put it to work.

Okay people… it’s time. I promised you an announcement, Des has given me the green light, and I have been BURSTING to show you what we’ve been building behind the scenes. 🥁🥁🥁 SKOOL EVENTS DAILY IS OFFICIALLY ONLINE! 🎉 Yep. We’ve gone and got ourselves a proper website. And I have to say… it’s looking rather fabulous. 😍 We’ve just massively upgraded what VIP gets you — and you’ve got 48 hours to get it at the old price. Your events are already there, and people can now find them by Today, This Week, Upcoming Events, category and even by host. We’ve brought over From Heather’s Desk, Experts Corner, Editor’s Picks, our Partners, and we’ve got more coming too — including our Collaboration Station. 👉 LINK TO THE NEW SKOOL EVENTS DAILY WEBSITE HERE And possibly one of my favourite bits… NO MORE FORMS! 🙌 VIP members can use the Magic Button to send us their event straight from their calendar. I press a few of my own magic buttons at this end and — hey presto — your event appears on the website. People can click into your event, find out more and go straight through to join or register. Now, here comes the important bit… ⏰ YOU HAVE 48 HOURS. VIP is currently $9 a month. In 48 hours, it goes up to $12 a month. And yes… at some point it may well go up again. So if you’ve been sitting on the fence wondering whether to become a VIP, I’d suggest the fence is becoming a rather expensive place to sit. 😂 👉 UPGRADE TO VIP HERE Only VIP members can submit and promote their events through Skool Events Daily. BUT the website itself is open for everyone to browse, discover events and attend them. Which means your events are no longer just sitting inside our community or tucked away in the Weekly Bulletin. We now have another way of getting them seen, found and shared much further afield. We’re still polishing things, tweaking things and probably pressing the occasional button we shouldn’t 😂 — but it’s live, it’s working and your events are already there.

See you all soonish for another round of Coffee, Chat and Collab. Check your date and time here Come a long with an issues you have at the moment or things you need help with regarding your skool community and our collective wisdom will leave you feeling like you have had the weight lifted off your shoulders. So for New York time its Tues 29th Sept at 6pm For me in New Zealand its Weds at 11am And that all nearly confused me and caused a panic lol.

It just hit me... Could I be barking up the wrong tree??? I mean, if I am trying to "sell" my webinar to people not actually around, that would be kind of sad, don't you think? 😅
