I came across Beth on Facebook and tried her 30 day summer strong as f**k challenge! And absolutely loved it and fell back in love with working out again so when I saw this community I just had to jump in! What Beth has/is creating is fantastic the community of mamas all supporting and cheering each other on is what we all need! And the content has been fantastic!
