Water goal - electrolytes?
Are we able to add electrolytes to our daily water intake? I use liquid IV. Thanks!

I do that with cold brew coffee and protein shakes or ghosts/monster which every flavors sound good with a decent protein shake

From the intro call, I recall the membership auto-renews at 4 months? Does anyone know how to cancel it ? I tried to find it in the contract but I don't see it
