Hello everybody, my name is Chris & I am new here. I manage around 600-750K in ad spend yearly for mostly doctors and various medical practices. Google has obviously been changing a lot here recently but we have been rolling with the punches and making changes accordingly. I don't have a specific question but Im just curious if there is anybody else in here who is in the medical space as well? We have some different rules to abide by but it is not too much different than your normal ads so I am hoping to get some help. I have some accounts that have all excellent ad strength and beautiful websites, plenty of reviews, 30-80 Keywords (phrase match only) and healthy budgets (2-5K monthly). I have the exact same campaigns that will turn out 60-80 conversions in one city and then its crickets in another..(10-maybe 30's) sometimes fluctuating from 60 a month to the 20's the next month with no changes to the campaign or Cost per click. Im only running search campaigns on max clicks. ( I have played with max Conv and max conv value but it has only worked for a few accounts). I don't include search partners or display ads and we keep a very close eye on the negative keywords. CTR is usually around 7-30%. Just curious if anybody has some advice or maybe something you have tried out that worked for you. I have some bigger clients with 10K monthly budgets that could afford some experiments with their campaigns. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks!
