@Jeffery Nichols Seedream 5.0 Pro is my top pick for character sheets right now. Nano banana pro also delivers good character turn around sheets but I find you gotta go 4k and spend the 4 credits per image. Sometimes nailing the hero shot with Seedream in 2k then reference that and do the turnaround in nano banana pro 4k gives me great results. If you’re having issues with art style consistency try using a single image as a style anchor. Nail one character hero shot in the exact style you're going for then reference that same image as “reference for art style and colour grade only” for each consecutive character generation. Once you have all your characters hero shots aligned in the same style you can move to creating the character turn around sheets. You can also give the first approved image to Claude and have it give you a descriptive paragraph describing the art style in detail to add to each prompt. Using one or both of those tricks should get you moving in the right direction. Here’s some examples of character builds for a project where I used this technique for style consistency.

@Juan Cardona Oritz Thanks man. This one was about 10 hours from concept to finished product. The character, object, location art takes the longest but once all the start frames are done it moves pretty quick. Over 200 individual assets for this one. I build a project breakdown for every video with all the prompts, failed generation notes, concept art ect. I don’t generally share them publicly cause some of the info is proprietary in nature but if you’re interested DM me and I’ll share this one with you privately.

@Abhijith Uppalapati Great concept and the final piece turned out awesome. Pretty amazing what can be done with LLMs I’m not even sure why we’re still calling them that to be honest. The next 6 months should be a pretty wild ride as we pass through the looking glass of AGI and start seeing real signs of SI emerge. A little scary but it’s a crazy time to be alive. Great work 👍
