Hi everyone 👋 I’m Chris, a former NHS critical care nurse who’s recently stepped into the world of consultancy. I’m currently working with Altus Healthcare, helping care homes improve safety, culture and outcomes through falls-prevention and training programmes. I’ve joined this group because I’m keen to learn how to structure my consultancy work better, understand the business side more deeply, and connect with others who’ve already walked this path. I put a survey on LinkedIn to ask what content we should ficus in on through our community. I was surprised, no technical skills. All communication, interpersonal and relationship related content requested. Wow! I do t know why i was surprised, my mistake starting out was "get the qualifications" not "build the relationships" So let me ask you... What are the top 5 things consultants need from our community? Think back to your early days, your successes and bumps? What sis you need? What would have helped? What was missing? What do oeople more than anything now?
