Here are the first three. 🤝 Step 1: Round up a partner Warren Buffett was 17 when he bought a pinball machine for $25. He didn’t open an arcade. He walked into a barber shop 💈 and said... put this in your waiting area. Your customers get something to do. We split it 50/50. First week he made $125. He didn’t spend it. He bought another pinball machine. That’s the model. Nobody has to build the machine. Just find someone who already has one... and place it somewhere new. A product, an audience, or both. Something with real margins and content that makes people go “huh, I never thought of it that way.” 🤯 🔍 Step 2: Research and RFP Not Request for Proposal. Risk-Free Proposal. Cold outreach gets about 2 responses out of 200. This gets 50% to 100%. The difference is five minutes of research before saying hello. Use their names. Reference their ideas. Their products are their children. “I love your framework, can I put it in my membership?” feels like a gift. 🎁 “Hey, want to jump on a Zoom?” feels like a chore. My mama always said don’t show up empty-handed. Turns out that works in business too. ♻️ Step 3: Repurpose This is where cash actually moves. Someone compiled Travis’s Facebook posts into a book. No upfront pay... just an affiliate link inside it. Royalties for life. 👑 A webinar becomes a Google doc. A podcast becomes a book. A YouTube channel becomes articles. All built on someone else’s machine. Now here’s where it gets fun for us... This room is FULL of pinball machines and barber shops. 🎯 So let’s play matchmaker.
