I can honestly say the knowledge I’ve learned from this community has been a great experience from the training and the nutrition and how to safely use the gear. I definitely could not have done that on my own and seeing the results in the progress I’ve made has definitely pushed me to continue to learn more and improve probably would have given up a long time ago, if I didn’t have such a good community  of like-minded individuals definitely the best decision I have made
