Bio: Hi Everyone 👋🏽👋 I am a 45 year old Mom to a pair of 11 year old boys, ex military & for the past 8 years I’ve helped my mom beat cancer!

Bio: I began my Keto journey on November 4, 2018. Retired from 35 years in the induction engineering industry. 1 daughter.
