Community Workshop Updates
Hey everyone! We are going to be switching our workshop programming around for this month. Instead of hosting the Sacred Rage Workshop this Sunday, it will be moved to Sunday, September 6th. However, as a bonus, we are adding two workshops in September. On September 5th, I'm bringing in one of my favorite astrologers who is going to break down your real astrology and your soul's destiny. I just finished interviewing her for the podcast and it was next level! You're definitely not going to miss it. See calendar for all the dates/times.

Self-Forgiveness Meditation
Some of the heaviest burdens we carry are the judgments we have placed upon ourselves. Whether it's the regret over what we did, the shame around who we became, the guilt over the ways we hurt ourselves or others or the belief that we should have known better, we often hold ourselves in contempt. Yet, most of us made those choices from the level of awareness, conditioning and capacity we had at the time. We can understand this intellectually and still feel the past living inside the body. This is the difference between mental forgiveness and embodied forgiveness. Mental forgiveness says, I know I need to let this go. Embodied forgiveness happens when the body finally releases the shame, blame, anger and self-punishment it has been holding. When forgiveness moves beyond an idea and becomes something we can feel, it has the power to dissolve the walls we have built around the heart. It loosens the identities formed through shame. It releases the emotional charge that keeps us bound to an old version of ourselves. Forgiveness can dissolve everything that is no longer true: the blame, the separation, the self-rejection and the belief that we must continue suffering to prove that we are sorry. You are allowed to take responsibility without condemning yourself. You are allowed to learn without carrying the lesson as a life sentence. You are allowed to meet the person you once were with compassion and say: You were doing the best you could with what you knew and what you were capable of holding. I’ve created a meditation to help you move forgiveness out of the mind and into the body; to breathe into what you have been holding, meet yourself with compassion and begin releasing what is ready to be dissolved. Before you begin, bring one moment, choice or version of yourself into your awareness that you are ready to forgive.

1:1 & Group Healing
Good morning from the skies ✈️ As I make my way up to the Pacific Northwest, I’ve been reflecting on the gratitude I feel for this community and for each of you committed to the path of transformation, remembrance and self-mastery. Last night’s healing session was a powerful reminder of what becomes possible when we gather with intention, open our hearts and allow ourselves to be fully seen. There is a kind of healing that can only happen in these group settings. When one person finds the courage to open, it gives everyone else permission to meet themselves more honestly and authentically. This is the magic of joining these live calls. You can read the teachings, listen to the podcasts and understand the concepts intellectually, but there is something entirely different about entering the space and experiencing this somatic work in real time. Thank you to everyone who showed up last night with such openness, courage and willingness. Your presence contributes to the healing of this entire community. If you have yet to join us, I highly recommend stepping into the Inner Circle and experiencing this work for yourself. The deepest value of this community is the live calls and all of the transformational workshops and courses that reconnect you to your fullest expression and authentic self. CLICK HERE TO JOIN FOR ONLY $44 / MO (cancel anytime) For anyone feeling called to go even deeper, I’m opening three 1:1 private SoulSource coaching sessions. These immersive 90-minute experiences weave together the wisdom of your Gene Keys with somatic healing and intuitive guidance to uncover and release the limiting patterns shaping your life so you can reconnect to the wholeness, love and freedom that lives within you. If you feel the call, send me a private message with the words “1:1” and tell me a little about where you are and what you’re ready to transform. With gratitude from somewhere above the clouds. 🤍 Christopher
What's the point of healing?
Aside from the obvious, which is to feel better and to be more of our authentic selves, why do we do this inner work? Why heal? At its core, healing is about freedom. It's the process of becoming free from the unconscious wounds, beliefs, patterns and conditioning that shape the way we think, love, lead, relate and move through the world because until we become conscious of these patterns, we tend to repeat them. The abandonment wound becomes fear of intimacy. The need for approval becomes people-pleasing. Unprocessed anger becomes reactivity. The pain we never learned how to hold gets projected onto the people closest to us. And this is where healing becomes much bigger than ourselves. Every one of us carries imprints from our own experiences, our families, our culture and the generations that came before us. Eastern traditions have called these samskaras: impressions that continue to influence consciousness until they are brought into awareness. When we meet those patterns consciously, we interrupt their momentum. What has traveled through a family for generations doesn't necessarily have to continue through us. We heal for ourselves, but we also heal for our children, our relationships, our communities and the people whose lives intersect with ours because what remains unconscious within us inevitably touches the world around us. A person who learns to regulate their nervous system changes the emotional environment of their home. A parent who heals their shame is less likely to pass that shame to their child. A leader who has confronted their own shadow leads differently. A person who learns forgiveness stops feeding another cycle of resentment. Our inner world becomes part of the outer world. Zoom out even further and many of the problems we experience collectively are individual human patterns magnified across millions of people: fear, greed, domination, shame, separation, unprocessed trauma and the need for control. The collective is made of individuals so when one person becomes more conscious, they change what they contribute to the whole.
