Coaching hours
interested to know how and what people are recording for their Coaching hours? (Specifically Ed’s coaching). I am doing work with youth at the moment and Managing an Artist Development Program. Sometimes part of my many hats is managing artists at events, shows performances which involves some coaching them before they get on stage etc. anyway I’m interested to know what approved coaching type activities people are recording. Thanks!!!

I have a matrix in excel that I use to record all my coaching training courses and sessions. The matrix is set up pretty intuitively….date, hours and minutes, title of training, who provided training, how the training aligns with my coaching services…..hope this helps you
