I am really enjoying this group!! So supportive!! I love the easy access to great information and practices to support my well-being in an encouraging community! I get to work at my own pace, go back to fun that I enjoy doing as often as I want, and know that I am taking care of myself on a deeper level!! I am learning new ways to care for my body, nervous system, mind, and me as a WHOLE! Grateful for Alina and her amazing programs, live zooms, support, and group!! 🧡
