GDAs post workout …antioxidants?
Do you take GDAs with your post work out meal? I’m debating this in my head because your carb uptake into muscle should be optimal post workout without the help of a GDA. My concern with the GDA post work out is that most of them have antioxidants and research is showing that strength and performance gains can be hindered by antioxidant consumption post work out.

@Guido De Palma yea I wouldn’t worry about chromium. The concern with antioxidants post workout is interference with your body’s adaptation to ROS post workout. Some common GDA ingredients I see that might not be great post workout are grape seed extract and alpha lipoic acid. Goals matter too because I don’t think muscle development gains are negatively impacted by post work out antioxidants, just strength and performance gains.
Top T / natty + cycling / ashwaghanda
Should Top T be cycled? Any thoughts on adding Cistanche to a Top T and Enclomiphene stack? Anyone ever hear of “ashwaghanda brain” from long term use? Supposed to be dampening of excitation in daily life.

@Trey Wilson what type of cycles do you like for test boosters? I usually do 2 months on one month off

@Trey Wilson I agree. I have all that pretty squared away which is why I was considering Enclomiphene as a potential next step. I’m just waiting for blood work results to see where I’m at before committing to anything
Safe weight loss options for sedentary people
Any recommendations for safe weight loss options for a sedentary person? I’m skeptical of the GLP1s due to their side effect profile like reduction of muscle (including heart muscle tissue)

@Tony Huge what are your thoughts on the reduction of heart muscle?
SARMs side effects
If someone got some gyno from puberty, do you think they are more likely to experience that as a side effect from SARMs?
My Latest Bloodwork After 13 Years Being Enhanced
Watch the discussion here: https://youtu.be/qJvkdQ3Az_s?si=c5FOzlRhuekex7pb After more than a decade of being chemically enhanced, I recently reviewed my latest bloodwork. In this discussion I talk about what it’s like maintaining a bodybuilding physique using compounds such as gear and HGH, and how that lifestyle compares with the typical expectations placed on natural bodybuilding. One point we explore is the idea that enhancement can change how someone approaches: diet training intensity body composition The conversation also touches on how factors like glucose and blood sugar regulation appear in bloodwork and what that might say about metabolic health. It raises an interesting question about how fitness strategies evolve in what could be described as an “unnatural world.” This discussion is meant to explore perspectives around performance, health markers, and long-term enhancement, not to provide medical advice. Question for the community: How often do you check your bloodwork or health markers? And if you’ve tracked them over time, have you noticed anything surprising? Curious what people here have observed.
