Live in the DMs, Book Like a Monster ROLE: Direct Message (DM) Appointment Setter LOCATION: Remote PAY: Commission 5%(OTE: $4000–$6000+ USD) HOURS: 11am EST - 11pm EST (Yes 12 hours) Be online and responsive daily (zero lag, zero excuses) We're not looking for someone who wants a "flexible remote job." We're looking for a weapon in the DMs. If you aren't addicted to speed, motivated by a challenge, if you ghost leads for hours, or if you want "balance", don't waste our time. This person needs to be addicted to learning, be extremely coachable, and wildly ambitious to improve. We are an agency that sells online 1:1 fitness coaching. We work with fitness coaches who you will be DMing on behalf of, so elite quality and performance is a non negotiable. What You'll Do: - Instantly engage with every inbound lead via Free Content, and Ads - Qualify leads using our proven script and funnel them to booked calls - Track every convo, every lead, every booking (no messy systems) - Work closely with the sales manager, closer, and marketing team to keep the calendar STACKED! Requirements: - Fluent written English with PERFECT grammar and emotional awareness - Fast typing speed, killer response time (we're talking seconds, not minutes) - Understand urgency, scarcity, and how to create buying tension - No fear of volume. No "clocking out." Just domination Who You Are: - You live in the DMs and LOVE it - You're hungry, fast, and competitive (an ANIMAL in the inbox) - You're NOT afraid to send 500, 600, or even 1000+ messages/day - You WANT to earn more, be pushed harder, and out-book every other setter on the team This is NOT for the weak. This is for those who want to be the best. This is for the DM assassin who thrives under pressure and turns every lead into a booked call. If that's you, we'll feed you leads. You eat. If this sounds like the culture and position for you, fill out the application below, and we will setup a connect to see if you are the right fit!
