Goal for this month is to get new office admin fully comfortable in Jobber and most importantly transfer 90% of the phone/messaging off my plate and onto hers. Maintaining 15-20k a month for the last 4 months as solo guy with very little subcontracted work. Bottle neck at the moment is lead response and follow up.
