Struggling to find out how to contact the seller directly avoiding contacting their realtor first. My question is how to do this, or does it matter if you reach out to their realtor first to attempt a seller finance deal? What do you prefer and have the most success with?

Hey, my name is Cooper Dudley, I’m looking to buy properties in Birmingham Alabama at the moment and not opposed to anywhere in Tennessee. I am new to real estate but I’ve been interested in it for over 2 years and struggling to figure out how to move forward with deals. Mainly scared because I don’t know the whole process of seller financing but I want to do it. I had 2 deals fall through due to inspections before. That’s the furthest I’ve gotten.
