Subliminals are my number one go to for manifestation. I use them about 65% out of 24 hours a day. They work!

@Jelmer Huysmans I agree.
Can you listen to subliminals while sleeping?
A lot of people leave subliminals playing overnight because they think more hours automatically means faster results. If you've been wondering whether sleeping with subliminals is a good idea, the short answer is yes, but it depends on how you do it. Your subconscious doesn't simply "turn off" while you sleep, it's actually more receptive to affirmations, so listening overnight can be an easy way to stay consistent. The bigger question is whether you're actually sleeping well. If the volume is too loud, the audio keeps waking you up, or you're wearing uncomfortable headphones, poor sleep will probably do more harm than a few extra hours of listening will help. If you want to listen while sleeping, keep the volume low, use a comfortable speaker instead of earbuds when possible, and choose an audio that you find relaxing enough to fall asleep to. Quality sleep should always come before squeezing in more listening time. Remember that consistency matters much more than trying to maximize the number of hours you listen each day. Someone who listens comfortably every day is usually in a better position than someone who forces overnight sessions but ends up with poor sleep. Quick question: Have you ever tried listening to subliminals while sleeping, and did it help or make it harder to get a good night's rest?

Do subliminals work if you don't believe in them?
One of the biggest misconceptions about subliminals is that you have to believe they'll work before you can get results. If you've ever caught yourself thinking, "Maybe this isn't working because I'm too skeptical," you're definitely not alone. The truth is, belief can help you stay consistent, but it isn't a requirement. Plenty of people start listening out of curiosity without fully believing in subliminals. What matters more is whether you're giving the process enough time and avoiding habits that constantly interrupt your progress. For example, if you're switching to a new subliminal every few days, obsessively checking for results, or listening inconsistently, those behaviors are much more likely to slow you down than simply being skeptical. It's also important to separate healthy skepticism from constant negativity. Questioning whether subliminals work is normal. Spending every listening session convincing yourself they can't possibly work creates a very different mindset. My advice is simple: choose a subliminal from a creator you trust, stick with it consistently for a reasonable period, and judge it by your actual experience instead of your expectations. You'll get a much clearer answer than if you keep starting over every week. Quick question: Did you start listening to subliminals as a believer, or were you skeptical at first?
