Exercise and how it impacts us
In what ways do you feel like exercise in general or training has changed you?

@B J yeah it can be really stressful. Normally I also find it helps but it’s been less helpful for me the last 6-8 months but I keep showing up

@Christine Reinhart I must say these are really great answers
Frozen Shoulder
Hey all, I was wondering what’s everyone’s go to’s for frozen shoulder? Have a 32 year old female client. Went under anesthesia for a mobilization and a nerve block. Been working with her for 2 months or so, and I pretty much just have her do exercises and stretch her like crazy when we are 1 on 1. I know it can take 1-2 years, but didn’t know if I was missing anything obvious. Thanks!

@James Johnson yeah exactly and as much as possible modifying lifestyle factors like diet and exercise to help with systemic issues that affect their shoulder

@Carrie H so far I really like it now. Especially with the ability to import recipes from links is really clutch

@B J I am also finding I really enjoy it and it’s been super easy to use
Research
Interesting and wondered if it would bring up a good discussion. What do you think research(ers) get wrong and what do you think the general public misunderstands about research?

@Carrie H yeah I had a lot of interesting things come up on my social media timelines recently that made me think how people really misunderstand what research is since it’s based on the observation of things we can see using people when it’s human phenomenon. And we are just trying to understand the best way of explaining what is observed
