@David White I'm taking some of the advice you DM'ed me and trying to apply this to OOH and brand marketing agencies as a white-label partner instead of chasing other municipalities. I dove into it and Municipalities are SUPER slow for approval, launch and payment and have much smaller budgets. getting that 1st inbound happened 3 months after my site went up, 2 months of talking it out before signing a deal, 3 months to build (feedback took ages to come in to adjust), and now after we finished, 3 months to "launch" it to the public to get media and statistics. a white label would be like 1 month to talk and sign, 1 month to build and a week to launch and then valid media and statistics from the jump. it would pay more and move faster. the only issue is that "Hey we do AR murals/ AR activations" is a thin partnership offer so now im looking at what other capabilities I could offer that would catch their interest to be their "immersive marketing partner" I'm looking into building a Magic Mirror Demo (with a fake brand to showcase capability), I'm looking into the Snap Lens Network which is HUGE in MENA countries. I'm looking into building a (fake branded) mini-game with CTA. that way I can approach with 3-4 service offers and say -> Hey if you want it we can build it. I AM worried that I'm being a typical Tech start-up founder and thinking more services = more business, rather than diving right to sales. But i also think doing this work upfront would reduce the friction or appeal stronger to the change in ICP thoughts?
