On Solitude…
The Unclaimed Hour On solitude, and the peace we were taught to call a problem We have a script for the unpartnered life, and it reads like a waiting room. You are between things. Someone will come. Friends ask if you're seeing anyone the way a doctor asks whether the pain has improved. Most of our stories end at the altar or the airport reunion, and the person left alone in the final frame is the one we're meant to pity. I want to question that script. Not to sneer at love, but to ask whether solitude was ever the wound we were told it was. The loneliest rooms have two people in them Anyone who has lived long enough knows a loneliness that only happens in company. You say something that matters and watch it land on nothing. You reach across the bed and touch a back that doesn't turn. The person who holds your whole history has become the one place you can't be understood. An empty house is quiet. A house with someone who has stopped listening is louder than any silence, because every unanswered sentence carries a verdict. Alone, the empty chair is just a chair. Together, it becomes evidence. What compromise costs when nobody's counting Every partnership asks for some bending. That's ordinary and often good. The trouble is how quietly bending becomes disappearing. A line you once held moves an inch. Then another. You explain away what you would have named plainly a year ago. You get very good at the arithmetic of staying, and the more you've spent, the more leaving looks like a loss you can't afford. Economists have a term for continuing because of what's already been invested. In love we use a gentler word and toast it at weddings. But loyalty to something that keeps shrinking you is not a virtue. It's a mortgage you keep paying on a house you no longer live in. Solitude cancels whole categories of negotiation. Your peace doesn't need anyone's signature. Your plans don't wait on someone else's mood. Your footing doesn't shift every time another person changes their mind about you.

Maybe the Problem Is the People Around Us!.
We talk a lot about protecting our peace. But sometimes protecting your peace means something much less glamorous: Stop giving VIP access to people who bring discount-store energy. 😂 You don't need people who turn every dream into a risk assessment, every idea into a criticism, and every possibility into a list of reasons why you shouldn’t. And no, this doesn’t mean surrounding yourself with people who agree with everything you do. We need people who can tell us when we’re being ridiculous without making us feel ridiculous for dreaming. There’s a huge difference. So choose people who make you think bigger, laugh harder, recover faster and occasionally say: “Let’s do it and see what happens.” Life already comes with enough chronic meh. You don't need to subscribe to it. ✨

This is a very hard lesson to learn and apply 🧗🏼‍♂️
Service To Self Vs Service To Others
Do you believe that everything always works out for you or do you blame others for your problems? Self service people are the victims coming from the lower beta brain of survival. The poverty slave brain. Take 100% responsibility for everything that happens in your life and never be a victim again. Care about others, moving you into higher frequencies and creating a better life. Choose wisely 😎

@Dana Renee it’s all about reclaiming our Agency, I believe, and that seems to be the struggle I’m dealing with now

I am so looking forward to October, the first 9 months of this year really tested my resolve. I had no doubt that I was going to make it through, but everything that could go wrong has gone wrong. To include the ultimate betrayal of the one that pretended was my soulmate. I count myself lucky because I did 28 years in the US Army and the Veterans Affairs Department of Defense has systems in place so I’m not actually homeless. Right now I’m in the process of surviving before I see what I have left after the dust begins to settle. I had to sit through a Narcotics Anonymous meeting never even having considered that as a way to escape, it’s just part of the Protocol here. It’s been a long time since I’ve actually had the courage to post but I give credit to @Laura Hansen for always reaching me with her posts. I have basically turned inward because that’s where I feel the safest. I will eventually start taking notes and will eventually begin writing my story. I appreciate this Group’s constant encouragement even for those of us who lurk in the background. Much love and thank you🫶🏽
What Is The Tape Running In Your Head? 🧐
Most people think their limiting beliefs and self-doubt are separate from what's happening in the world around them. But David exposes a profound truth: the same force creating inner resistance in your mind is the exact same energy manifesting as corruption, division, and manipulation in global systems. Drawing from Genesis —which he calls "the first gospel"—David breaks down how the serpent (ego) operates through four specific tactics: it's hidden, cunning, confusing, and deceptive. Whether it's the voice telling you "you're not good enough" or the systems designed to keep humanity divided, the strategy is identical. Through deeply personal stories about his own battles with addiction, health anxiety, and money beliefs, David demonstrates how the ego uses the same manipulative patterns in every area of life. He reveals how his health worries run the exact same mental loop regardless of the specific concern, and how this mirrors the way global propaganda systems use fear to capture attention and strengthen their control. The breakthrough insight: the serpent's power depends entirely on where you place your attention—and neuroscience proves that what you focus on literally rewires your brain and expands in your reality. @Laura Hansen I have been doing a lot of this type of work. I’ve isolated myself from the world to do this work. Thank you for posting this🫶🏽
