I launched my travel creator courses back in the middle of the pandemic, with an upgrade to our signature 8-10 week coaching program that includes weekly group calls. As travel has well and truly opened up, not only for me but my clients too, it has made it much more difficult to manage weekly availability, launches and has stunted the growth of the business. So after taking on a lot of advice through this community, as well as a lot of interest and requests from my audience, I am confident that the membership/subscription system is the right way to go for the health of my business and myself. But that is where I am stuck, feeling overwhelmed and a little lost. I don't know what to offer on top of just a monthly group call to make a membership offer attractive. Has anyone recently made that switch, has always had a membership or simply has feedback from the subscription as a client that could offer some advice/direction/encouragement/warnings?
