In her own words... I'm Tonia Stoney, wife, mom, music teacher, and founder of Grow With Tonia. Teaching music has been a big part of my life for years, and it has shaped me in more ways than I probably realized at the time. But somewhere along the way, I also knew there was another chapter I wanted to build. That's a strange place to be sometimes. To be good at what you do, grateful for what it has given you, and still feel pulled toward something new. That in-between space has taught me a lot. When I first started this transition about two years ago, I thought the women I worked with needed more strategy. More steps. A better plan. But what I actually see is a woman with five browser tabs open, three ideas she's trying to build at the same time, content she meant to create two weeks ago, emails she hasn't sent, AI tools she's trying to figure out, and regular life happening right alongside all of it. Everything is sitting in her head trying to be first. That's the problem I care about solving. I call myself an AI Business Simplifier. In real life, that means I help women 40 and up get some of that stuff out of their head, figure out what actually needs their attention right now, and use simple, beginner-friendly AI to help them move it forward. I'm not interested in teaching women how to chase every new AI tool that comes out. I want AI to make real life and business a little easier. I built Scale Without Noise for that same reason. It's a community for women who are building, rebuilding, or somewhere in the middle of a pivot and are tired of trying to hold their entire business together alone. We cowork. We sort through ideas. We talk about content, business, AI, and the things we're trying to figure out. And sometimes you just need another person in the room while you finally finish the thing that's been sitting on your list for three weeks.
