Another Goal Hit
Hello Team, I hope all is well. When I first started this journey, one of the questions Arisza asked me (and Lorena)"How much do you want to make in a month?" I told her 10k as one of my goals. I knew that in order to hit this goal, this meant that I needed to make at least 5K every two weeks. Now I can say that we are now a little over 5k in two weeks and working towards 10K for the month. This is while seeing 20-25 clients per week using Headway. I'm now seeing the clients from the two contracts I told everyone about a month ago which will help me get closer to the 10k mark. I'm not putting this information here to brag, but to show my fellow therapist that when you follow the Play Arisza hands out, you will see the results. Big Shout Out to Arisza for her Leadership. 10K loading..... Team if you have any questions please ask. We are all in this together.

@Carolyn Lofton Headway can be a challenge at times but once you get it, you got it. I also have spruce as well. I recently found out that Spruce allows you to create a personal email as well.

Update.
Whats going on Elite Community, I wanted to give everyone an update. As of now I will be submitting my first contact to be paid my rate of $150 per session (they accepted this rate with no issues). Also, today I was contacted by an EAP to for a Six session contract for $100 per 45 minute session with a client who requested me and they told me that I had room for negotiating. So I told them I'm ready to take this case for $120 per session. Fingers Cross lol. Team keep pushing towards your goals Team. HOW IS EVERYONE DOING?

Group Practice Question
I’m a LMFT in WA state and I wanted to know your thoughts on setting up a group practice right away. I am currently set up as a solo practitioner and have been for 2 years. I’m bouncing therapy and other employment. Eventually, I’d like to just do therapy work but no more than 15 clients/week. WA does allow for associates to set up their own practice but it doesn’t mean that they will .. so I wanted to know your thoughts on building a practice with associates and since I’m not a supervisor just yet, hire one.

I believe its a great idea. Most Associates don't have time to start their own as we all know..... they are more focused on getting Hours. I would start off small, maybe with one Associate as this should be manageable without a Supervisor. This will allow you to test the waters for a few weeks or months. Im in the process getting credentialed outside of the platforms so I can start a group practice.

Hi Team, do you need 2 NPI numbers ? One for yourself and another for your practice ? NPI Type 1 and NPI Type 2 ?

@Brittney Whitaker the NPI2 Is primarily when you want to transition into a group practice. You can register everything under your NPI1
