I did this 5-day challenge back in March and made some incredible changes in my life, many because I also did the six week program. Now I'm on the edge of something that I have failed at numerous times in the past and being tempted by my old pattern quit before I take the chance.

Is the advice to leave my phone out of my room at might primarily because of ADHD tendency to want to check it, respond to any notification or because of the RF?

Section 2 of the Awakening Assessment just showed me I've spent my life as "the side dish, not the main course" - a People Pleaser, Soft Rebel, and Invisible One who downplays every accomplishment. Turns out what I'm actually holding back is triumph, exponential growth, and creating things. That's a lot to be hiding.

Do you find yourselves thanking SAGE and saying please? It's sort of the same convo we touched on in the call about punctuation. The bigger question: how much does it matter how you communicate with a computer if the message is accurate? I've been wanted to talk about this. Thoughts?
