I Have done 2 wholesaling deals 6 years ago . I found the deals driving for dollars. I want to learn about Pre Foreclosures, Tax Liens, probate and absentee owners . The market in 2018 is not the same market today I started with a laptop , excel sheet, notebook and my phone.
