I fired my thumbnail designers and replaced them with a $1.44 workflow 🔥
Real numbers. I used to run two or three designers at $50 a thumbnail. Last night I made three finished thumbnails in about ten minutes for a dollar forty four total, and they look better than what I was paying for. Here's the part nobody tells you. Ask Claude or ChatGPT for a thumbnail and it comes back looking like sh#t. Every time. That's why most people try it once and quit. The unlock is a nine step process with a critical feedback loop at the end. The AI generates a thumbnail, screenshots it, grades it against my rules, and either sends it back for another round or hands it to me. So the first thing I ever see is already good. No back and forth on bad versions. It also needs two things nobody sets up: 📁 A labeled library of photos of me, all AI generated, different outfits and expressions, so it always looks like me. 🏷️ A folder of tool logos and icons, because half my videos are about software and there's nowhere good to get those. Full breakdown here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YzaOMZWKOLQ If you want the whole YouTube system this skill lives inside, competitor research, comment mining, scripts, thumbnails, description and SEO, that one is inside AI Automation Insiders: leadgenjay.com/aia What are you still paying a freelancer for that you could be doing for pennies?

Love it, love it. GPT image generation is the best right now I just give it a few samples Brand guidelines for a design.md file The description of what I'm looking for It's crushing The big issue is you can't ask it to do multiple images at once. It always ends up with this weird collage
I built a cold email system inside Claude Code
I haven't logged into Instantly in weeks. And my campaigns are still running. Domains. Mailboxes. Lead scraping. Verification. A/B testing. Deployment. Once it was set up, I stopped logging into Instantly. Stopped logging into Apollo. Stopped logging into Clay. Here's the actual flow. Step one is infrastructure. You give Claude Code two API keys: Instantly and Inbox Insiders. From there it buys your domains, configures DNS, spins up the mailboxes, loads them into your sequencer, and kicks off warmup correctly. Four weeks later, you're ready to send. Works with other sequencers too. If you're on Smartlead, just swap the API docs in the skill file. Step two is leads. Point it at Consulti or Apify with your ICP filters: job titles, industries, company size, geography. It scrapes, verifies on the way in, flags dupes, and pushes everything to Turso or Supabase. No more accidentally pulling the same 500 people you emailed three months ago. Step three is strategy and copy. Feed it the transcript of your offer or client strategy call. It asks what I'd ask: CTA, ICP, reverse lead magnet or direct, standalone or wedge. Strategy gets worked. Emails get written. A/B variants get generated. Step four is deployment. The campaign goes into Instantly, leads get loaded, and tests start running. Step five is what creates compounding. Every reply gets logged. Future sessions analyze patterns, refine ICP filters, and train a reply bot on your own data. I made the Cold Email Quickstart Wizard Skill free. It maps the entire build in the right order, from infrastructure and lead sourcing through copy, testing, and deployment. It shows you what each phase requires and where the specialist skills plug in. It's the orchestration layer, not the complete specialist toolkit. Grab it here

@Jay Feldman Thanks dude!
Stop running A/B tests without a memory system.
Most A/B testing is organized amnesia. You test two subject lines. One wins. Six months later you spin up new variants, and run the exact same test because nobody remembered. Fix: store every variant and result in a database. When the AI generates new tests, it reads that history first. So instead of random variants, you get variants that build on what you know. 'You don't have to remember what A/B test you did six months ago. You have it all stored.' Testing that compounds instead of resets. Big difference.

At my email agency (I sold) we had a "split testing roadmap" that we kept for clients and kept track of everything: all the history, all the tests, everything

Apollo Alternatives????
What are you guys doing for outbound lead sourcing other than Apollo? I have a client who uses Apollo. I just saw the renewal. It's $5,700 for the year, which is nuts So they're asking me to find some alternatives? It's in IT and they go for small to medium-sized businesses
